Bodylore is a massage therapy practice built around women's health — cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, and the tension that gathers when life asks too much of the body. Every session starts with listening.
Now welcoming new clients — Tuesday to Saturday
Long before clinical language existed for it, women passed down ways of caring for the body — through touch, rest, and ritual. Bodylore treats that inheritance as clinical fact: the body holds patterns worth listening to, whether that's cyclical tension, the tender days after birth, or stress carried in the shoulders for years.
Every treatment plan blends remedial technique — trigger point work, myofascial release, deep tissue — with a holistic read of what's happening in your cycle, your nervous system, and your life right now. Nothing generic, nothing rushed.
Health fund rebates available.
